When designing Premier we leveraged our 25 years of construction software experience and ensured we developed a solid foundation that contains all the must-haves and also includes new features that easily differentiate our software. 3 STEP TRAINING PROCESS

PRE-IMPLEMENTATION

A kick-off meeting is scheduled to set expectations on both ends and design a training schedule. We will discuss methods of exporting data from your existing system and work together to build a new “Test Company”.

IMPLEMENTATION

You will be teamed with a direct trainer skilled in construction, accounting and software. The training schedule will be customized based on your availability. Each session is recorded and you can have an unlimited number of attendees. We will design specialized tracks for key roles and focus on workflow processes. All staff will be receive certification after they complete the course.

PRE-SUPPORT

After you go live, we understand you will have many questions and will need quick answers. This is why we provide you with a direct Customer Success Manager to help personalize the experience and ensure you are using the system.
